Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 150g lotus root, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Beef Marinade
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
步骤
Place the beef in a bowl and add the marinade ingredients (sake, garlic, salt, pepper, and starch). Massage well to coat.
Peel the lotus root, cut it into quarters lengthwise, and slice thinly. Soak in water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Pit and mash the umeboshi.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (umeboshi, sake, oyster sauce, and sugar) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the lotus root to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through. Pour in the seasoning mixture and stir quickly to combine.
