- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🍄 6 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Black pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步骤
Slice the onion thinly. Remove stems from mushrooms and slice them thinly. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and grated garlic).
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan, add the onion, and sauté until softened. Then add the mushrooms.
Add the beef to the pan and cook until the color changes. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
