    • 🌮 8 (10 inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Sauce

    • 🥫 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, divided
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • 🧀 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 2 green onions, sliced

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook ground beef in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until beef is done. Remove beef mixture and set aside.

Stir Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli, water, and beans into the same skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for 7 minutes until rice is tender. Stir in the cooked beef mixture. Remove from heat, let stand for 2 minutes, then stir in 1/2 cup salsa and 1/2 cup cheese.

Spoon about 3/4 cup rice mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.

Spread 1/2 cup salsa evenly on the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange burritos seam-side down, spoon remaining salsa down the center of burritos, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with green onions and serve.
