Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 chicken wings
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 ume plums
- 2 slices ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 150 ml ponzu sauce
- 💧 150 ml water
步骤
Separate broccoli into small florets. Cut garlic in half and crush with a knife. Remove seeds from ume plums and mash them.
Heat salad oil in a pot and add chicken wings. Cook over medium heat until browned on both sides.
Remove excess oil with kitchen paper. Add seasonings (ume, ginger, garlic, sake, ponzu, and water) and bring to a boil. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add broccoli and simmer for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add soft-boiled eggs. Let sit for 10 minutes, occasionally turning the eggs.
