INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Condiments
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Liquids
- 1 cup kelp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: peel and slice 3 potatoes and 1/2 onion.
Soak the potato slices in water for 5 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain.
Prepare kelp water by soaking kelp in cold water.
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes and onions until lightly browned.
Add 1 cup of kelp water to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp corn syrup to the pan.
Simmer the mixture until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and gently mix.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top and serve.
