INGREDIENTES

- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🥬 100g cabbage
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried baby sardines
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit and skin, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Add the avocado, cabbage, and dried baby sardines, then toss gently to combine.
Plate the salad and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
