- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder

Cut the cabbage into 2cm-wide pieces. For the core, slice vertically into 2–3 sections.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir lightly to break it apart.

Spread the cabbage in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over medium heat for 30 seconds.

Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the cabbage becomes tender. Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
