PASSOS
Cut the cabbage core out. Slice the core thinly lengthwise and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add sakura shrimp and the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, sesame, and water). Heat until boiling.
Add the cabbage to the pot, stir briefly, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
