INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🥜 20g peanuts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- Vegetable oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Place chicken and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, garlic, ginger) in a plastic bag and massage. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Add potato starch to the chicken and coat evenly.
Chop the peanuts coarsely.
Mix peanuts and sauce ingredients (miso, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, water) in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180°C (about 2cm deep). Fry the chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Serve on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion.
