INGREDIENTS
Cake Batter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar

Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 🧈 1 cup unsalted butter, cubed
Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 🥛 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Mix flour, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt for the cake in a large bowl until completely combined. Slowly pour in melted butter and mix to incorporate. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Whisk together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the topping in a bowl. Cut in cubed butter with knives or a pastry blender until well combined. Drop the topping evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze in a small bowl. Drizzle over the warm cake.
