INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 1 can (130g) canned clams
Vegetables
- 1 bag bok choy
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- to taste white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSOS
Slice bok choy into 1cm strips, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix all ☆ seasonings in a bowl until well combined.
Add clams and bok choy to the bowl, mix well, plate, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
