Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🌾 1/2 cup flour
Seasoning
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 small cup water
步骤
Cut the tofu into small cubes and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Place the tofu cubes in a plastic bag with flour and shake gently to coat evenly.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
In a separate pan, add water first, then mix in soy sauce, minced garlic, and corn syrup. Simmer on low heat.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and simmer on low heat until the tofu absorbs the sauce.
