Essential Ingredients
- 5 durup shoots
- 100g ground beef
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Durup Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
Bibimbap Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Clean the durup shoots and prepare them for cooking.
Blanch the durup shoots in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 20 seconds.
Rinse the blanched durup in cold water, squeeze out excess water, and season with durup seasoning ingredients.
