Bread
- 🍞 4 pieces of roll bread
Seafood
- 1 piece of chikuwa
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (70g)
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of black pepper
- Mayonnaise for topping, as needed
Herbs
- A pinch of dried parsley
步骤
Cut the chikuwa into quarters.
Make a slit about 2/3 deep in the center of each roll bread.
Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise and black pepper in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
Stuff 1/4 of the tuna mayo into the slit of each roll bread, place a piece of chikuwa on top (cut side down), and drizzle with mayonnaise for topping. Repeat for all 4 pieces.
Place the prepared breads on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
