INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 🌰 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 🍫 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 🥜 1 cup peanut butter
- 🍯 ¼ cup honey, or more as needed
STEPS
Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, crushed walnuts, chocolate chips, and honey in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Mix until well combined, adding more honey if the mixture is too dry to hold together.
Scoop the mixture using a cookie scoop and form into 24 balls.
Place the balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm, approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
