INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🥬 150g shredded cabbage
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, for garnish
Sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage finely.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the shredded cabbage, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and stir gently until semi-cooked. Transfer to a serving plate.
Clean the frying pan, add the sauce ingredients (salt, oyster sauce, water, cornstarch), and cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour the sauce over the eggs and garnish with green onion.
