材料
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 3 strips of pickled radish
- 1/4 can of spam
- 2 crab sticks
- 🥚 7 eggs
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame salt
- 🧂 A pinch of fine salt
- 1/2 tsp tuna sauce
手順
Chop the crab sticks and spam into small pieces.
Chop the pickled radish finely and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the rice with sesame oil, sesame salt, and fine salt.
Add the chopped spam, pickled radish, and crab sticks to the rice and mix evenly.
Beat the eggs and mix in the tuna sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread the egg mixture evenly.
Place the rice mixture in a long shape on the nearly cooked egg.
Roll the egg from one end, adding more egg mixture if needed.
Cook until the roll is firm, then let it cool and slice.
Drizzle ketchup on top before serving.
