In a microwave-safe container, mix all the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the enoki mushrooms and fried tofu, and mix well to coat evenly.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Remove, stir, and cover again to let it cool slightly.
