STEPS
Combine beans and 2 tablespoons of picante sauce in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until heated through.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface and rest for 5 minutes.
Shape dough into 3/4 cup-sized discs with a thinner center and fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Top fry bread with beans, ground beef, lettuce, Cheddar cheese, and remaining picante sauce.
