- 🌭 1 frank sausage
- 1 bunch garlic scapes
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut the frank sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the garlic scapes into 3–4 cm lengths.
Blanch the garlic scapes in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Blanch the sausage pieces in boiling water for 1 minute.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic scapes and sausage.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp corn syrup, then stir-fry.
Once the garlic scapes soften, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle 1 tsp sesame seeds. Stir-fry briefly.
Serve the garlic scapes and sausage stir-fry as a side or main dish.
