INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel (160g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🌱 4 green beans
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Miso Mayo
- 🧅 8cm minced green onion
- 2 tsp miso
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Thinly slice the red bell pepper and cut the green beans into thirds. Mince the green onion.
Sprinkle salt and sake on the mackerel fillets and let them sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix the miso, mayonnaise, and minced green onion in a bowl to create the miso mayo sauce.
Place the mackerel on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Spread the miso mayo sauce over the fillets. Arrange the red bell pepper and green beans around the fish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
