INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets (2 pieces)
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Scallion Lemon Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced scallion
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mince the scallion finely.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the yellowtail fillets for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix the scallion, sesame seeds, salt, lemon juice, and sesame oil to prepare the scallion lemon sauce.
Plate the cooked yellowtail fillets and drizzle the scallion lemon sauce over them.
