INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 1 block (200g) firm tofu
Vegetables
- 50g boiled bamboo shoots
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
- 1/2 clove minced ginger
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 100ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut bamboo shoots, bell peppers, green onion, and ginger into bite-sized pieces. Prepare tofu by patting dry and cutting into chunks.
Slice pork belly into 3cm strips.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat. Add ginger and sauté until aromatic. Increase to medium heat, add pork, and cook until browned.
Add doubanjiang, bamboo shoots, green onion, and tofu. Stir-fry until well combined. Pour in sauce ingredients and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers and cook for 1 minute. Mix cornstarch and water, then pour into the pan to thicken the sauce. Finish with sesame oil.
