INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 60g sashimi-grade horse mackerel
Citrus
- 🍋 2 shikuwasa fruits
Vegetables
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- A pinch of Italian parsley, chopped
Marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the shikuwasa in half and slice two thin pieces from each half for garnish. Squeeze the remaining juice to extract about 1 tbsp. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the Italian parsley.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of shikuwasa juice.
Add the horse mackerel, cherry tomatoes, and parsley to the bowl. Mix gently, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Plate the marinated ingredients and garnish with the shikuwasa slices.
