- 100g cut stem wakame
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the carrot into thin strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry stem wakame and carrot for about 3 minutes until softened.

Add the seasoning mixture (mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add sesame oil and white sesame seeds, then mix thoroughly.
