    • 🧂 1 pinch salt
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Wash the roots of komatsuna thoroughly, drain, and chop into 1cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add shirasu, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes to remove excess moisture.

Add chopped komatsuna to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, salt, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and flavors are well combined.

Turn off the heat, add white sesame seeds and bonito flakes, and mix well.
