INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 2 slices pork loin (240g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 50g shimeji mushrooms, trimmed and separated
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 100ml water
Toppings
- 🧀 1/2 tsp grated cheese
- Pinch of chopped parsley
PASSOS
Make small cuts in the pork loin to prevent curling. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. Trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add onion, bell pepper, and shimeji mushrooms. Stir-fry over medium heat until the onion softens.
Add ketchup, salt, pepper, and water to the pan. Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Return the pork to the pan and simmer until fully cooked and the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate, topped with grated cheese and parsley.
