- 80g natto
- 40g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 pepper to taste
PASSOS
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, mix natto, olive oil, soy sauce, and pepper thoroughly.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, drain, and add to the bowl with the natto mixture.
Mix everything well to combine, then add the dried shirasu and mix again. Serve on a plate and top with the sliced shiso leaves.
