INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦪 100g steamed oysters
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 150ml milk
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Butter Rice Seasoning
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly. Wash spinach thoroughly, cut off the roots, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3cm pieces.
Heat 20g butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in flour and cook until no raw flour remains.
Add milk, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir until thickened. Add steamed oysters and spinach, cooking until warmed through.
In a bowl, mix cooked rice with 10g butter and a pinch of salt and pepper until evenly combined.
Place the butter rice in a heatproof dish. Pour the oyster and spinach mixture over the rice. Top with pizza cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 6–7 minutes until golden brown.
