- 🍄 6 mushrooms
- 2 chili peppers
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 paprika
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp black pepper
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 0.5 tbsp perilla oil
步骤
Prepare the vegetables by chopping them to your preference. Mince the garlic.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide, 0.5 tbsp perilla oil, and 0.5 tbsp black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic to create garlic-infused oil.
Add paprika, chili peppers, and mushrooms to the pan. Optionally, add onions if available.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the vegetables.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are well-coated with the sauce and cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
