INGREDIENTS
Liquid
- 💧 ⅞ cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Dry Ingredients
- 🧂 ¾ teaspoon salt
- 🌾 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 🍚 2 teaspoons white sugar
Yeast
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
STEPS
Add ingredients in the order suggested by your bread-maker manufacturer. Set the bread-maker for the dough setting and start the machine.
When the machine signals, remove the dough.
Pat the dough into a 12x15-inch jelly roll pan or a greased 12-inch round pizza pan. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Spread pizza sauce over the dough and sprinkle toppings over the sauce.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
