- 2 tbsp white wine

- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the clams by purging them and washing thoroughly.
Slice the spring cabbage into manageable pieces and mince the garlic.
Layer the pork slices, clams, and cabbage in a pot.
Combine water, white wine, salt, and pepper to create the sauce and pour over the layered ingredients.
Add minced garlic and butter on top, then cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
