सामग्रियां
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
चरण
Cut the pork belly and kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Crack and mix the egg in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg, stir until semi-cooked, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean and heat it again over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
Add kimchi to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Then add rice, breaking it apart while frying. Pour soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Return the egg to the pan and mix gently. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
