Main Ingredients
- 100g kimchi
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/4 bag chives
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 300ml water
- 250ml soy milk
- 2 servings ramen noodles
- to taste sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
步骤
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a container and cut the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add grated garlic and pork, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add kimchi and bean sprouts, stir-fry, then add water and the mixed seasoning. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add chives and soy milk, and warm without bringing to a boil.
Boil water in a pot, cook ramen noodles, and serve them in bowls. Pour the cooked ingredients and soup over the noodles, and drizzle sesame oil on top.
