INGREDIENTES

- 8 slices pork loin
Vegetables
- 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot.
Sprinkle potato starch on pork slices, place maitake and carrot (1/8 portion each) on top, and roll the pork around them. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the rolls seam-side down, and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and coat the rolls evenly.
