INGREDIENTES

- 🧅 2 leeks (white part only)
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Drain the mackerel can and roughly flake the fish.
Cut the leeks into 1cm diagonal slices. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, combine the mackerel, leeks, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, and white sesame seeds. Mix well.
