- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) salmon
- 🥦 1/3 head (80g) broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Soup Base
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🥛 200ml milk
