INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Beef
- 🥩 200g beef short ribs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧅 1 stalk minced green onion
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish
- 2g shredded seaweed
PASSOS
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Mince the green onion finely.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook the beef over medium heat until both sides are browned.
Mix the sauce ingredients (green onion, garlic, salt, lemon juice) in a bowl. Add the cooked beef and mix well.
Serve the rice in bowls, top with the beef mixture, and garnish with shredded seaweed.
