- 🐟 4 sardines, cleaned (360g)
Broth
- 1 slice of ginger
- 100cc plum wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water

Slice the ginger thinly.

Pat the sardines dry with kitchen paper.

Add all broth ingredients (☆) to a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add the sardines and bring to a boil again, ladling the broth over the sardines for about 2 minutes on medium heat.

Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
