INGREDIENTES
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Wrapper
- 12 gyoza wrappers
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Herbs
- 4 shiso leaves
Filling Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 30g shirasu
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Mince the green onion and cut the shiso leaves into thirds.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Drain the excess water.
In the bowl with tofu, add all the filling ingredients and mash the tofu while mixing thoroughly.
Place a piece of shiso leaf and some filling onto each gyoza wrapper, then wrap into a stick shape.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the gyoza in the pan and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Flip, add water, cover with a lid, and cook for 1 minute. Remove the lid, add sesame oil, and cook for another 2 minutes to crisp the surface.
