- 5 shiso leaves, halved
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
Oils

Meat Filling
- 100g ground pork
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

PASSOS
Prepare the shrimp by removing the shells, leaving the tails intact, and deveining. Make shallow cuts on the belly side.
Cut the shiso leaves in half and mince the green onion.
Mix the ground pork, green onion, sake, oyster sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl until sticky.
Place a halved shiso leaf, meat filling, and shrimp on a gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges and fold to seal. Repeat for all 10 wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the pan until it covers 1/4 of the gyoza. Cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase heat to medium, and evaporate the water. Add sesame oil and cook until crispy.
