INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Cheese
- 🧀 1 handful of mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1 handful of cheddar or pepper jack cheese
Seafood
- 🍤 6-8 shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar or pepper jack cheese evenly on the slices of bread.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly sauté the shrimp in a pan. Do not fully cook as they will finish cooking in the oven.
Mash the avocado and layer it on the cheese-covered bread slices.
Add the sautéed shrimp and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado layer.
Sprinkle a small amount of cheddar cheese over the toppings.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 7 minutes.
