Main Ingredients
- 150ml silken tofu
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp chopped king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red chili powder
步骤
Add 150ml silken tofu and 1 tsp shrimp paste to a clay pot.
Add 100ml water to the pot and turn on the heat.
Prepare the additional ingredients: chop king oyster mushroom, green onion, onion, and green chili into small pieces.
When the stew starts to boil, add king oyster mushroom, green chili, onion, and minced garlic.
Let the stew boil and taste for seasoning. Adjust with more shrimp paste if needed.
After boiling for about 7 minutes, add chopped green onion and 1 tsp red chili powder.
Once the flavors are well combined, the stew is ready to serve.
