INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🎃 300g pumpkin, seeds removed
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
Seafood
- 4g bonito flakes
PASSOS
Peel the tough parts of the pumpkin skin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste using a knife.
Combine all ingredients in a pot and mix well. Heat over medium heat until it starts to boil.
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 6–8 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
