Soft Tofu Dish with Chive Sauce
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 0.5 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Cut the soft tofu into 6 pieces by dividing it into thirds and then halving each piece.
Peel the tofu and place it on a plate. Microwave for 2 minutes until warm.
Finely chop the chives and place them in a bowl.
Combine chili powder, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and plum syrup in the bowl with the chives. Mix well to create the chive sauce.
Place the warm tofu on a serving plate.
Top the tofu with the chive sauce and serve immediately.
