INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🐖 1 cup ground pork
- 🥬 1-2 handfuls spinach
- 🧅 1/2 chopped onion
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 0.3 tbsp honey or sugar
Pork Seasoning
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Prepare all ingredients: chop spinach, onion, and chili.
Mix oyster sauce, fish sauce, water, and honey or sugar to create the sauce.
Season ground pork with rice wine and pepper, mixing well.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Add ground pork and chili to the pan, stir-frying on high heat for 3 minutes.
Add chopped onion and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
Turn off the heat and add spinach, letting residual heat cook it.
Prepare fried eggs separately and serve on top of the rice bowl.
