INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 whole squid
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 4 stalks green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1.5 cups anchovy stock
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of ginger powder
PASSOS
Prepare the squid by cleaning and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into large pieces, and finely chop the green chili and red chili.
Cut the potato into 0.7 cm thick slices, rinse in water, and pat dry.
In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and lightly stir-fry the potato slices.
Add 1.5 cups of anchovy stock to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the mixed seasoning to the boiling stock and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the onion slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and squid, and cook briefly.
Add the green onion, green chili, and red chili, and let it simmer briefly before turning off the heat.
