Pork Bulgogi Marinade
- 200g pork for bulgogi
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Squid Marinade
- 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
चरण
Remove the blood from the pork to eliminate any odor.
Mix the pork marinade ingredients with the pork.
Slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the squid marinade ingredients with the squid.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion, thinly slice the carrot, and chop the green onion.
Cook the marinated pork in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add the onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Add the marinated squid to the pan and stir-fry until the squid is tender and fully cooked.
Add the green onion and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Slightly char for a smoky flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy your spicy squid bulgogi!
