- 1 tbsp dried wakame

- 2 tbsp chirimen jako

Place dried wakame in a bowl and soak it in plenty of water to rehydrate. Squeeze out excess water.

Tear the spring cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chirimen jako, and stir-fry over low heat until lightly browned. Add soy sauce and stir to combine, then remove from heat.
