Meat
- 200g pork loin (for ginger pork)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut pork into 4 pieces and marinate with sake, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes, slice the onion thinly, and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.

Add onion and shimeji mushrooms, stir-fry until softened, then spread the tomato on top. Add the sauce ingredients and cover with a lid to steam for 5 minutes.
